Terms of Service
Last updated September 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of isoelectronics.shop and any purchase you make here. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
ISO Electronics, 123 Main St, Boston, MA 02108. Reach us at support@isoelectronics.shop.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when we ship. We may decline or cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is out of stock, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
We try hard to keep stock counts accurate, but listings can briefly show items we've just sold. If that happens we'll email you and refund in full the same day.
Payment
We accept the cards and wallets Stripe supports. Your card is charged when the order is placed. If a payment is reversed or disputed without contacting us first, we may hold future orders until it's resolved.
Shipping and risk
Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
Warranties
New products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which you claim through the manufacturer. Any item sold as open-box or used is described as such on its product page and carries our 30-day return window but no manufacturer warranty unless stated. Beyond what the law requires and what we promise in our returns policy, products are sold as-is.
Limits on liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost footage, missed shoots, lost profits — arising from a product defect or delivery delay. Some states don't allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted, and none of this affects rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site, attempt to break into it, resell our product photography, or use the store to commit fraud. We may refuse service to anyone doing these things.
Content
Our text, layout, and photography belong to us. Product names and manufacturer images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify what we sell.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts. Before filing anything, please email us — nearly everything gets solved that way.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order is the one that governs that order.
