We pack and ship from Boston, Massachusetts, which is why New England orders arrive so quickly.
Rates and speed

Estimates count business days after the package ships, not after you order. They're carrier estimates, not guarantees.
When your order ships
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a business day are packed the same day. Anything later goes out the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or federal holidays.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as the label prints. You can also check any time at our tracking page using your order number and email address. Carriers sometimes take several hours to register the first scan, which is normal.
Where we ship
The 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (rest-of-US rates apply, transit runs longer). We don't currently ship internationally or to PO boxes for high-value items, since those require a signature.
Signature requirements
Orders over $500 ship with signature confirmation. Nobody wants a camera body left on a porch in the rain.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us right away — before the label prints we can fix it for free. Afterward, we have to wait for the package to come back before reshipping, and you'd cover the second label.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking says delivered and the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your building first, then email us. We'll open a carrier investigation and, in most cases, replace or refund the order rather than leave you waiting on the outcome.
